Met Tyler and Donovan while I was at work. Tyler came by our house and met with the Insurance appraiser. Tyler was right on target with what needed to be repaired. He worked well with the appraiser. Low pressure and solid knowledge of the roofing problem. Guardian Roofing did a very Excellent Roofing replacement due to hail.
Tyler the owner does the appraisal and stays on top of getting the paperwork processed without any problems. He also has a few other managers coming by to supervise the roofing process. The gutter company is run by Mark who is very detailed and makes a good looking roof look even better. After the most recent hail storm, the inevitable swarm of roofing companies showed up at my door. One of them was Terrell from Guardian Roofing. I could not have made a better choice! He and Tyler were awesome! Terrell kept in constant contact, walked me through the entire process, met with the inspector, helped with the insurance claim, and made sure the whole process went as smooth as possible. The actual roof installation was top notch – the result was outstanding. From the delivery, to the install, to the clean up. It was fantastic! I’ve been recommending them to all of my local friends and neighbors with zero hesitation.
